1. Personal Pickup

You can pick up the ordered goods personally directly at our premises. This method of collection is free of charge.

• Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 – 16:00
• We will inform you (by email/SMS) when the goods are ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before traveling to us.

2. Delivery to Pickup Points

You can have the goods sent to one of thousands of pickup points in the network of our contractual carriers. This is a convenient method where you pick up the shipment at a time that suits you.

• Selection of a specific pickup point takes place directly in the shopping cart.
• We cooperate with carriers such as Packeta (Zásilkovna), PPL, DPD, DHL and others.
• As soon as the shipment is delivered to your chosen pickup point, you will receive a notification from the carrier with instructions for pickup.

3. Delivery to Address

We will arrange for the delivery of goods by courier service directly to your hands at the address you specify (home, work, etc.).

• For this type of delivery, we use the services of carriers: Packeta (Zásilkovna), PPL, DPD, DHL, TopTrans, Messenger.
• Shipping Optimization: We always choose the most suitable carrier based on the specific parameters of your order (dimensions, weight, fragility) to ensure the most reliable delivery.

Shipping Price

The price for shipping is calculated individually depending on the chosen delivery method and shipment parameters. You will always see the final shipping price clearly stated in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
